OnLine Registration is closed; we invite you to register on-site in miami. 

New this year! Fall Conference Registration is all inclusive. Admission to sessions, workshops, the Expo, Breakfast and Luncheon Discussions, technical tours, the Welcome Reception as well as continental breakfast, lunch and all coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday are included in one registration fee. Courses include a boxed lunch.

Important! Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to obtaining materials on site.
Members - To qualify for the AIHA member rate, the participant must be a current AIHA member, having paid dues for FY 2013.
Nonmembers - Nonmembers who join AIHA before September 12, 2013, may qualify for the member registration fee. If you register and then become a member you are not eligible for the reduced fee. AIHA Annual Member Dues: $205 (
AIHA Member Florida Local Section - To qualify for the AIHA Member Florida Local Section rate, the participant must be a current AIHA Member, having paid dues for FY 2013 and/or a current member of the AIHA Florida Local Section.
One Day Registration
One day registration entitles the registrant to attend educational and social activities held that day.
Expo Only Registration
Expo Only registration, valid for Monday and Tuesday, is available on site for $50 and includes continental breakfast and breaks.
Spouses and guests are welcome to attend the conference at no cost. Request badges at on-site registration.
Purchase Orders
POs are accepted from state and federal government agencies ONLY. Online registration is available. A credit card is required to guarantee a hotel reservation. Two different credit cards may be used to register and to guarantee hotel reservations. 
Confirmation of online registration/hotel reservations will be e-mailed once registration is completed. Please check confirmations carefully. Due to sophisticated anti-spam programs, e-mail confirmations may be blocked. If you do not receive your confirmation, contact AIHA/Experient at 800-974-3084. Confirmation of faxed and mailed registrations will be sent within five business days of receipt.

The InterContinental is accepting Fall Conference reservations at the group rate of $169, based on availability. Contact the hotel directly (see above number) and state you are attending the *AIHA* conference to receive the special discount.   

A credit card is required to guarantee a reserrvation. Rates are subject to 13% tax (taxes subject to change) and are are valid September 25–October 5, 2013, subject to availability.

To cancel an existing reservation, contact the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge. 

At this time, government rated rooms through AIHA are sold out. 

Changes/ Cancellations/ Refunds

Requests for refunds will be honored as follows:

  • Full refund less a $50 administrative fee through September 12.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after September 12.
  • Refunds will not be issued to “no-shows.”
  • There are no refunds for Virtual Conference registration cancellations; however, Fall Conference "live" registrations may be transferred and applied to the Virtual Conference, at the applicable rate, less a $50 admin fee.

Hotel Reservations
Fax reservation changes and cancellations to 301-694-5124 or e-mail After September 20, contact the hotel directly.  Failure to cancel a reservation 72 hours prior to arrival will result in one night’s room and tax charged to the registrant’s credit card. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to three days prior to arrival at no charge. The hotel may charge a fee for guests who leave prior to their confirmed departure date. ​​
