Badges, tickets, and final programs will be available at the conference. On site registration opens Friday, October 26, 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter Hotel.

Important! Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to obtaining materials on site.

Members
To qualify for the AIH/AIHA member rate, the participant must be a current AIHA member, having paid dues for FY 2012.

Students
Students who meet membership criteria may join AIHA and receive the discounted Student registration fee. AIHA Annual Student Dues: $10.

One Day Registration
One day registration entitles the registrant to attend educational and social activities held that day.

Expo Only Registration
Expo Only registration, valid for Monday and Tuesday, is available on site for $35.

Guests
Spouses and guests are welcome to attend the conference at no cost. Request badges at on-site registration in San Antonio.

The hotel’s well-appointed guestrooms are equipped with spacious work desks, Marriott Plug-In technology and high speed internet access (complimentary guestroom internet when you book your room through the Fall Conference Housing Bureau -- a $12.95 value). The rooms include cable, satellite, LCD TV Screens and pay-per-view as well as two phone lines, voicemail and speakerphone. The hotel has a smoke-free policy.

Rates
Rates are $159 single/double, plus 16.75% tax (taxes subject to change). Rates are valid October 22–November 5, 2012, subject to availability. After October 15, rooms at the conference rate of $159 are based on availability.

Hotel reservations cannot be processed without a credit card guarantee. The card may be charged one night’s room and tax by the hotel to secure the reservation.

Changes/Cancellations/Refunds

Registration Changes/Cancellations/Refunds
Fax requests for registration changes and cancellations to 301-694-5124 or e-mail fallconference@experient-inc.com. Changes and cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after October 12. Refunds will be issued within four weeks after the conference. Refunds will not be issued to “no-shows.” Please note, there are no refunds for Virtual Registration.

Hotel Reservations Changes/Cancellations
Contact the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel directly, (1-210-223-1000). Failure to cancel a reservation 72 hours prior to arrival will result in one night’s room and tax charged to the registrant’s credit card. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to three days prior to arrival at no charge. The hotel may charge a fee for guests who leave prior to their confirmed departure date.
